Obiettivo di investimento dichiarato

The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve long term capital growth through investment in an actively managed portfolio of Chinese securities. The Sub-Fund shall invest, under normal market conditions, primarily in Equity and Equity- Related Securities of companies listed or traded on Recognised Exchanges in the People's Republic of China (“PRC”), comprising Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("SAR"). The Sub-Fund may also invest in Equity and Equity-Related Securities listed or traded on any Recognised Exchange outside the PRC, provided that the companies issuing such securities carry out a significant part of their business activities in the PRC. The Sub-Fund may also hold exposure to China through investment in such instruments as American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) and Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) and which may be listed on any Recognised Exchange outside China.
