The fund seeks capital appreciation. The Sub-Fund will establish, in the investors’ interest, an asset allocation in securities (equities and bonds) of issuers established in Italy. The Sub-Fund shall invest at least 70% of its assets, directly or indirectly, in “Qualified Investments”, being financial instruments listed or not listed in a regulated market or in a multilateral trading facility, issued by companies resident in Italy, or resident in other EU or EEA Member States and having a permanent establishment in Italy.
