Obiettivo di investimento dichiarato

The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve medium to long-term capital appreciation through investment in an actively managed portfolio of global equity securities. The Sub-Fund shall invest, under normal market conditions, primarily in Equity and Equity-Related Securities listed or traded on a Recognised Exchange in Index Countries. The Sub-Fund may also invest from time to time less than 20% of net asset value in Equity and Equity-Related Securities listed or traded on any Recognised Exchange in non-Index Countries, if suitable investments are identified which meet the investment strategy of the Investment Manager, as further set out below. The Sub-Fund may also hold exposure to Index and non-Index Countries through investment in such instruments as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), NonVoting Depositary Receipts (NVDRs) or PNotes.
