Obiettivo di investimento dichiarato
The Fund aims to provide attractive yield over a three (3) years period by investing in EUR denominated debt instruments. The Sub-Fund is designed to be terminated on December 31, 2027 (the "Maturity"). The Maturity may be extended by the Board of Directors for up to two additional one-quarter periods at the discretion of the Board of Directors, notably to affect an orderly liquidation. In such a case, the Board of Directors will write to the investors to inform them of the extension of the Maturity and of the options available to them. Investors should be prepared to remain invested until the Sub-Fund is liquidated.
