The Sub-Fund was launched on 30 September 2019. Investment objective and policy The Sub-Fund is actively managed and aims for a risk and return comparable to the risk and return profile of the Index of the Company’s Prospectus. The Sub-Fund also integrates ESG criteria aimed at achieving an enhanced sustainability profile compared to that of the Index. The Investment Manager determines the Sub-Fund’s overall portfolio construction in line with its investment strategy on a quarterly basis. The Sub-Fund invests predominantly in a diversified portfolio comprised of equities and/or other Transferable Securities (including preference shares) issued by companies domiciled, established, listed or operating in Europe.
